Euphoria 2180 v0.6!

Hey folks! Look at what this is, an Euphoria update!

So I'm setting back up to work on Euphoria 2180 after a very helpful break, I've made this small update is a rather big change! 

I've added a spacial Narrator character now, known as a NAR or Neural Assistant Robot who is an artificial or mostly artificial being that help the Wasters with stopping the Porotocol, the key thing about them is that they cannot participate in combat. The goal of this addition is to avoid the awkwardness of having the Narrator play characters on both sides or having another player take control of their character. NARs do have a number of Special options similar to other Wasters.

The fact that NARs can gain perks is currently in testing. I had an idea to give them their own special Traits called NAR Modules but I was having trouble actually making them, so for now NARs can get Perks!

The Last change was that I've added a few new Factory Specials: Tarry and Rusty which adds a few special bits of terrain and gives a few Minions a bonus.
